I spent Thanksgiving this year down in Wilmington, NC with friends and their families.
Wilmington was a lot of fun there was a lot of Taphouse hopping and staying up late visiting with everyone.
My favorite part was heading to the beach on Saturday. The weather was perfect with the temps in the Mid 60’s and sunny blue skies. It has been more than a few years since I have been to the east coast beaches.
East Coast has a lot more of the long sandy beaches, whereas the west coast is rocky and little crevices and nooks to climb around and explore.
I look forward in the next few months to regularly walk long hours along the beach.
I ended up having another major flare-up of eczema during this trip. Thankfully Benadryl was there to rescue me and have it calm back down. I will be going to the doctors tomorrow to get it fully taken care of. Two major outbreaks in one month is making it hard for me to be fully active in my life.
This last year has been one adventure after adventure with a lot of learning and growing personally. I am grateful for all the places that I have been able to go and see and the experiences that I have had. I am also grateful to who I have been able to spend it with and experience all of those things as well.
I am also grateful to my friends and family as well.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving wherever you might have been.
…And now let the Christmas festivities begin…..
with love,
