A couple months ago I had a 20 hour overnight in St. George, Utah. I'll get St. George overnights every so often, this had been the longest overnight I have had in St. George. Usually on the overnights I will use one of the hotel bikes and go for a ride along the Virgin River … Continue reading St. George, Utah

January 10, 2022January 9, 2022 / Jessicaraye / Leave a comment

Working and flying around in the winter can be a little tiresome with the cold and the early nights. I have been loosing my luster for getting out on my overnights to go and explore. I also lose out on getting fresh air and exercise, sometimes its just more comforting to stay in with a … Continue reading Oklahoma City Overnight

To Another Year

January 3, 2022 / Jessicaraye / 1 Comment

on the last day of the year I woke up in San Antonio and made myself get up and head out into the warmth and humidity. I went and got coffee and breakfast and then walked around letting my hair naturally curl in all of that humidity. It was thick and felt as if the … Continue reading To Another Year

December 29, 2021December 29, 2021 / Jessicaraye / Leave a comment

Well hello Wednesday! We have just a few short days left of this year and with most people ending most of the Christmas Celebrations we are now in what many might call limbo land. Although as a kid this might have been one of my favorite weeks of the year. No school, house mostly to … Continue reading Some of my favorite moments

dec. 28, 2021 the lights still twinkle the snow falls softly and in the dark... I wait for tulips of the spring ….to bloom until then, I'll bury you beneath the snow the wolves close in the howls…. from the distance, to your tent they howl and you stare in the pond reflections staring back … Continue reading a winter ahead

Can’t believe I’m already back from Paris. It’s amazing the modern age we live in being able to wake up in Paris and then go to bed back home in Utah in the same day. The Jet lag is certainly getting me today. I haven’t felt this jet lagged since becoming a flight attendant. But I shall pull through. I look forward too sharing my travel story of Paris next week through the blog and YouTube channel, forward today I plan on lounging and getting to bed early. P.S I love you Paris! #paris #eiffeltower #travelblogger #flightattendantlife #flightcrewlife

My mom and I took a day adventure into NYC. This was the first time my mom had flown into NYC and the first time we both went into Manhattan. We woke and got ourselves ready for an early morning flight leaving at 6 am and getting to NYC at 8 am. I spent way too much money for Lyft ( should have taken the subway) hoping we could hit the road running with coffee and breakfast and then all of the tourist things to see and do. And we did manage to see as much as we could in a 12 hour process, thanks to the Subway-New Yorkers have it golden with that system. We went to Battery Park, with went to the 9/11 memorial, went to the top of the Rock at Rockefeller, and saw Times Square( don’t think I ever need to go back to Times Square). We also had Brooklyn Bagels which was top notch. All that to say I look forward to go backing and if I ever switched airlines I could see being based there- obviously living in a smaller town and commuting. #fatravels #travelblogger #nyc #flightcrewlife #dayadventures #explorer
