Some of my favorite moments

December 29, 2021December 29, 2021 / Jessicaraye / Leave a comment

Well hello Wednesday! We have just a few short days left of this year and with most people ending most of the Christmas Celebrations we are now in what many might call limbo land. Although as a kid this might have been one of my favorite weeks of the year. No school, house mostly to … Continue reading Some of my favorite moments

Bike Overnighter Set Up

September 27, 2021 / Jessicaraye / 2 Comments

A little over a month ago I had attempted my first bike overnight. Biking from Salt Lake City up over into Park City. So I figured I would go over that first set up and then go over what I changed out. For the last couple years I have been going over, over and over … Continue reading Bike Overnighter Set Up

First Bike Overnighter

August 17, 2021August 17, 2021 / Jessicaraye / 2 Comments

At the beginning of the month I had two weeks off of work. The first week I really didn't have much planned for it. I kept going back and forth on where to go or what to do. I finally bit the bullet and decided that it was high tide for me to go on … Continue reading First Bike Overnighter

In Desolation

July 27, 2021 / Jessicaraye / 2 Comments

I have been trying throughout the summer to make my way up thru some of these canyons we have and to check out the hikes. So on my days off I slowly check them off one by one. Towards the last week of June before my work that would be working over the 4th of … Continue reading In Desolation

Aire of Thoughts

July 21, 2021 / Jessicaraye / Leave a comment

Yesterday I biked myself up to Millcreek Canyon so I could go and hike Mt Aire. Its been on my list and though I didn't finish at the summit I was still happy with how much I had done for the day. Sometimes we just have to know when to turn around and head back … Continue reading Aire of Thoughts

Day Outing to Bald Head Island

June 22, 2021June 21, 2021 / Jessicaraye / Leave a comment

Bald Head Island had been on my list right from the start when I had found out about the little island and lighthouse just south of Wilmington, NC. It fascinated me that it is the place that all these uber rich and celebrities go when they are wanting beach vacations in the Carolinas. I also … Continue reading Day Outing to Bald Head Island

Bike Ride and Peach Ice Cream

September 16, 2020 / Jessicaraye / 2 Comments

I took the FrontRunner down to Lehi. The Lehi station is right at Thanksgiving point and I was able to get onto a bike path to take me up to Alpine, Utah. There has been an orchard I have been wanting to get to for their peach ice cream. I have been craving it for … Continue reading Bike Ride and Peach Ice Cream

Emigration Canyon Ride

July 1, 2020 / Jessicaraye / 2 Comments

yesterday after I got home from my turn into Santa Barbara I hurried up and got myself ready to go and finally ride up Emigration Canyon. It's a popular ride for cyclist here in Utah and one I hadn't done yet. Too nervous, didn't think I could do it, intimidated and mostly just thinking I … Continue reading Emigration Canyon Ride

Can’t believe I’m already back from Paris. It’s amazing the modern age we live in being able to wake up in Paris and then go to bed back home in Utah in the same day. The Jet lag is certainly getting me today. I haven’t felt this jet lagged since becoming a flight attendant. But I shall pull through. I look forward too sharing my travel story of Paris next week through the blog and YouTube channel, forward today I plan on lounging and getting to bed early. P.S I love you Paris! #paris #eiffeltower #travelblogger #flightattendantlife #flightcrewlife
Omaha -Christmas Eve
No new blog post up for this week… I do have several new post that are up for this month if you hadn’t had time to read yet. Getting some Christmas Cheer time in with the Best Friend and Family before heading back to work over Christmas and New Years! It’s been Light Light and More Lights. Link is in bio as well jessicarayeblog.com #christmas22 #holidaycheer #falife #family #travelblog #travelblogger #flightattendantlife
My mom and I took a day adventure into NYC. This was the first time my mom had flown into NYC and the first time we both went into Manhattan. We woke and got ourselves ready for an early morning flight leaving at 6 am and getting to NYC at 8 am. I spent way too much money for Lyft ( should have taken the subway) hoping we could hit the road running with coffee and breakfast and then all of the tourist things to see and do. And we did manage to see as much as we could in a 12 hour process, thanks to the Subway-New Yorkers have it golden with that system. We went to Battery Park, with went to the 9/11 memorial, went to the top of the Rock at Rockefeller, and saw Times Square( don’t think I ever need to go back to Times Square). We also had Brooklyn Bagels which was top notch. All that to say I look forward to go backing and if I ever switched airlines I could see being based there- obviously living in a smaller town and commuting. #fatravels #travelblogger #nyc #flightcrewlife #dayadventures #explorer
